Out of the country’s 32 local authorities, Glasgow ranked 25th with a pass rate of 88.2%, a 0.27% decrease from 2025. Coming in at first place, South Ayrshire had an impressive 98.78% pass rate across 400 premises, although this was 0.22% lower than it was in 2025. Renfrewshire was a close second with a pass rate of 98.04%. In last place, ranked at 32nd is Highland with a pass rate of 78.26%.
