California Real Estate Exec Charged In Child-Safety Sting

A former senior executive at PGIM and longtime real estate executive was arrested as part of a sting operation involving minors in San Francisco.
Before joining PGIM in its San Francisco office, Teague spent nearly nine years in investment roles at the New Jersey office of Prudential Financial, the financial services giant and parent company of asset manager PGIM.
In his online profile, Teague describes himself as an experienced real estate startup founder, institutional investor, portfolio manager and deal negotiator.
Along with Teague, the operation resulted in the arrest of 27-year-old Jorge Nieto, 43-year-old Michael Pauter, 37-year-old Jhonny Rodriguez Diaz and 32-year-old Romuald Santiago.
The case is being carried out in the California Superior Court for San Francisco County.
