Anita PottsAnita Joy (Smith) Potts, 54, of Byesville, passed away Wednesday (August 5, 2026) at her home. She was born October 2, 1971 in Cleveland, daughter of Brenda (Brown) Hunt and the late Gordon Smith. Anita had formerly worked at Embassy of Cambridge as an STNA for 25 years. She cared deeply about everyone around her and always put everyone before herself and she will be deeply missed by family, friends, residents, and everyone else around her. Visitation will be held Friday (August 7, 2026) from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Black-Epperson Funeral Home, Byesville.
