A cyberattack on a logistics partner of Bol and Bijenkorf resulted in customer data being stolen. Extra vigilance requiredAs early as May, CEVA Logistics, a logistics service provider for Bol and de Bijenkorf, among others, was hit by a cyberattack in which customer data from both online stores was stolen. No sensitive data such as passwords or payment details was compromised, but names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and order information were stolen. RTL Nieuws reported that the stolen personal data was already being offered for sale on the dark web, but had to correct this information: it appears to be customer data stolen during an earlier hack in 2025. Criminals could use the data to send phishing messages in the name of De Bijenkorf or Bol.
