Police Now, the UK's only national graduate programme into policing, is inviting applications in Devon for next year’s intake of trainee neighbourhood officers. "Applicants don’t need to have any prior policing knowledge or experience, but they must support our mission to make change where it matters most." Graduates need a minimum 2:2 degree; any subject is eligible. They will then work alongside officers in their chosen force, gaining first-hand experience and applying their academy knowledge in real-life situations. Police Now has been recruiting graduates for a decade and aims to bring diverse, high-calibre talent into policing.
