Following the event, KHTS received several complaints concerning the company’s principals, David Forkosh and Leenoy Forkosh. Approximately two months after the show concluded, David Forkosh and Leenoy Forkosh disputed the credit card payment made to KHTS, alleging the charge was fraudulent. Court records from a 2019 San Mateo County civil lawsuit show that Brian Moore filed a contract dispute against David Forkosh and Helpie Kitchen & Bath Supplier, LLC.
