Helena (Vukelic) Yeager, 90, of Baden, passed away peacefully on August 4th, 2026, following a lengthy illness, with her loving son and sister at her bedside. She was born in Steubenville, Ohio on August 21st, 1935, the firstborn child of Mele and Dorothy (Ribar) Vukelic. She attended Ambridge schools and was a graduate of the Sewickley Valley Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1957. She began her nursing career at Sewickley Valley Hospital in the maternity department, then moved on to industrial nursing at U.S. Steel/American Bridge, and later retired from D.T. She is survived by her loving and devoted son, Mitchell Yeager and her sister, Millicent Vukelic, as well as several nieces and nephews and their offspring.
