News Investigators/ The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) says work is ongoing to repair the storm-damaged roof of the Kubgo Bus and Taxi Terminal with a comprehensive structural redesign to withstand extreme weather. The Mandate Secretary, FCTA Transportation Secretariat, Chinedum Elechi, disclosed this while briefing newsmen in Abuja on Thursday. Mr Elechi recalled that a violent localised windstorm, described as “a high-speed tornado” originated from nearby hills and directly struck the terminal. He added that “Kugbo terminal took the full force of a tornado that built from the hills. “The main structure stood firm, it did not collapse.
