The event will also mark the official opening of the new Wellbeing Gardens at Parc Dewi Sant and will be attended by Welsh Government health minister, Mabon ap Gwynfor.
Organised by community development charity PLANED, together with Parc Dewi Sant Wellbeing Gardens CIC and PSU Charity, the celebration will run from 10am to 1pm on Thursday, August 13, at the Carmarthenshire Living Well Centre.
"We can't wait to see the Health Minister Mabon ap Gwynfor officially open the Wellbeing Gardens and share everything Parc Dewi Sant has to offer with the community."
The day will begin with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10.15am, followed by welcome speeches and the official launch of the gardens.
Visitors can enjoy free tea, coffee and cold drinks throughout the day, with a raffle and cake sale raising funds for the gardens’ continued development.
