Trowbridge Town Council has submitted a planning application for the new play park and new padel courts in the town park. In a report ahead of the meeting, the town council has said outline planning permission was submitted to Wiltshire Council on July 24. A public consultation on the projects proposed for the town park ran from March 2 to May 3. Ahead of the town park projects committee meeting on Monday, June 8, the town council has shared the findings of the consultation as part of its agenda. Feedback on the play park showed the three most popular items for the revamped town park were swings, slides, and climbing apparatuses.
