The Ahafo Ano South West District Assembly has reaffirmed its commitment to improving the lives of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) by supporting 70 beneficiaries under the Assembly share of the Disability Fund. The initiative forms part of the Assembly’s broader efforts to promote inclusion, economic empowerment, and equal opportunities for Persons with Disabilities in the District. He noted that since assuming office, the Assembly has consistently ensured that the Disability Fund is used for its intended purpose to improve the lives of beneficiaries. The President of the Ahafo Ano South West Federation of Persons with Disabilities, Mr. Agyenim Boateng, encouraged members to actively participate in meetings and programmes organised by the federation.
