Skye, Amelie and Piper, from the 1st and 2nd Romsey Rainbow units, were presented with the Rainbow Gold Award after completing a range of activities, including exploring and map making, building homes for wildlife and creating Teddy Passports. As part of the award, each girl presented their Rainbow journey to their two units at an end-of-term celebration,Skye read a poem, Amelie made a poster of her Rainbow memories, and Piper shared photos of her many Rainbow Adventures. Elaine Grimwood, the group’s leader, said: "I’m very proud of Skye, Amelie and Piper for completing their Rainbow Gold Awards. The Rainbow Gold Award is the highest award Rainbows can achieve in Girlguiding. Leader Elizabeth Kennedy said: "It never ceases to amaze me how imaginative our Rainbows are with their Gold Challenges.
