June 22, 1944 – June 3, 2026My darling (SK) Sharon Kay, mother of Laura Kay Guenzi and Janene Lynette Witherite, grandmother of Brayden and Scott Guenzi and Willis and Dylan Kay Witherite, has passed away from the terrible scourge of cancer. ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 22nd A CELEBRATION OF SHARON KAY’S LIFE will take place at BUFFEHR CREEK PARK in Vail from 11:00am till 2:00pm. Sharon and I met in Aspen in 1974. In 1978 I moved to Vail to open KIDSPORT. Please come join us to celebrate her wonderful life, bring a chair, see you there.
