DMCI PROJECT Developers, Inc. (DMCI-PDI), the real estate arm of DMCI Holdings, Inc., is entering the office development segment with One Fortis Plaza in Makati City. One Fortis Plaza will be a 17-story office tower on a 2,400-square-meter (sq.m.) The project will be located within the Makati Southwest Gateway, a redevelopment initiative of the Makati City government aimed at transforming the area into a mixed-use district.
