The Clark facility, LTP’s second major base-maintenance location in the Philippines, is expected to begin operating in 2028. The new facility will provide maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for selected Airbus and Boeing widebody aircraft. The company will retain its operations at NAIA even after the Clark facility opens. LIPAD earlier announced plans to develop a 759-hectare aviation, logistics and business hub called the Clark AeroDistrict. The Clark facility will allow LTP to increase its widebody maintenance capacity while providing space for further expansion that is limited at its existing NAIA base.
