The sleepy Silicon Valley enclave has reclaimed its title as the country’s most expensive ZIP code, overtaking Miami’s Fisher Island after home prices surged during the first half of the year.
The latest jump comes as artificial intelligence fuels a new wave of wealth across the Bay Area.
For decades, the town has been a preferred, if slightly under-the-radar, address for tech founders, venture capitalists, and business executives drawn to its estate-sized lots, exceptional privacy, and proximity to Silicon Valley and San Francisco.
