It was announced on Tuesday that the current President and CEO of Hilltop Bank, Greg Dixson, will be retiring after 11-years. According to Board Chairman and owner Dave True, Dixson's time with the bank has been successful. Greg has also been deeply involved in the community, serving for several years on the Wyoming Banker’s Association board, the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming board and the Downtown Development Authority board. Darren Cantlay, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, will succeed Dixson as Hilltop Bank’s next President and CEO. Cantlay began working at Hilltop Bank in June 2024.
