RT Specialty launches workers comp program for staffing firmsRT Specialty has launched a workers compensation specialty program for temporary staffing firms, the company announced Thursday. The program is designed for a broad range of staffing operations, including administrative and clerical, health care, hospitality, light industrial, professional and technical, and skilled contractor firms. It is available nationwide except in the monopolistic workers compensation states of North Dakota, Ohio, Washington and Wyoming, the company said in a statement. The program provides retail agents with direct access to insurer programs, along with rating and pricing through RT Specialty’s local workers compensation brokers, according to the Chicago-based wholesale broker. RT Specialty said the offering expands its portfolio of workers compensation specialty programs for industry-specific and hard-to-place risks.
