A Fraserburgh criminal carried out a sex attack on a vulnerable 15-year-old girl in a ladies’ toilet after he was freed from prison on licence. Mr Jones said CCTV footage showed Yeats and the girl leaving the bar and walking in the direction of the Saltoun Inn. “The complainer entered a toilet cubicle and the accused followed her into it. She revealed that Yeats sexually assaulted her and said she had been drinking and did not know what was going on. At first he denied entering the women’s toilet, but then accepted he did go into the toilets but denied entering the cubicle.
