A Tain and Easter Ross councillor has withdrawn her application for a holiday let cabin she had already built on her property – breaking planning rules. The application had been recommended for refusal by Highland Council and was due to be decided by the north planning committee yesterday. Why were Tain holiday cabin plans withdrawn? The holiday cabin in question boasts an open plan living/kitchen/bedroom area, as well as en-suite shower room. The north planning committee voted to refuse her application at that time.
