Sabra Health Care REIT has strengthened its sustainability strategy through major investments in clean energy, resource efficiency, healthcare technology, and employee well-being, according to its 2025 Sustainability Report. Since 2022, the company has invested more than $104 million in portfolio modernization, including over $5.6 million during 2025 for sustainability and operational efficiency initiatives. Sabra Health Care REIT Sustainability Report 2025 indicated that the company has expanded energy efficiency initiatives across its managed senior housing communities during 2025. During 2025, the robots completed approximately 24,530 operating hours and cleaned more than 98.5 million square feet, allowing caregivers to spend more time supporting residents. Total water consumption reached 210,000 thousand gallons, equal to 36.05 thousand gallons per square foot.
