The University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) has announced that, later this month, it will host a Parents’ Day to give both prospective students and their guardians all the information they need about studying at the university. “Africa’s internationally distinguished university for research, innovation and commitment to social justice cordially invites top academic learners and their parents/guardians to an annual Parents’ Day event. Wits University is a home of talented scholars that prides itself on its high academic standards, research excellence and international recognition. “The event is hosted by the Schools Liaison Office and various Wits Faculties. Attending The Wits Parents’ Day is free, but spaces are limited and visitors will need to book their places to attend specific programmes linked to the different arms of the university.
