Ann Arbor millage proposals to appear on November 2026 midterm ballot

Two millage proposals for the Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County community were passed during Tuesday’s primary election.
The first is the Proposal for Public Schools of the City of Ann Arbor Building and Site Sinking Fund Millage Renewal.
The Ann Arbor Public Schools Sinking Fund is an annual, voter-approved tax millage by the City of Ann Arbor dedicated to repairing, improving and maintaining 36 school buildings and district facilities.
The second is the Proposal for Washtenaw Community College Operating Millage Renewal.
The Proposal for Public Schools of the City of Ann Arbor Building and Site Sinking Fund Millage Renewal passed with 74.21% of votes and the Proposal for Washtenaw Community College Operating Millage Renewal passed at 71.31%.
