The latest complaint was issued by Larry Cluness via a public Facebook post on Friday.
He said the Holmsgarth junction leading to the terminal was a “joke” when the ferry was fully booked with vehicles - and no one in authority seemed to care.
The post attracted many comments from similarly frustrated drivers, with some warning that it could cause an accident or obstruct emergency service vehicles.
One video taken from a vehicle travelling in the opposite direction, showed traffic backed up as far as the Freefield Pharmacy in town.
