Italian architecture studio Officina82 has completed the construction of the new TreeBOX treehouse in Garessio, Italy. Perched above the sloping hillside, the wooden treehouse hovers 1,000 meters above sea level in Garessio’s forest. The architects Fabio Revetria and Lara Sappa of studio Officina82 took inspiration from traditional hay barns in the Italian Ligurian Alps (Barchi). The rural hay barns rest on four wooden posts and have a special hay roof.
