Denza has confirmed UK pricing and specifications of its seven-seat premium D9 MPV. Both models are supported by a Super Hybrid Dual Mode Intelligent and All-Wheel Drive (DM-i AWD) plug-in hybrid powertrain. In most situations, these two motors drive the wheels alone, but during greater torque demands, they are backed up by a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine. The DM-i AWD powertrain allows the D9 to accelerate from 0-62mph in 8.6 seconds. The D9 battery is said to recharge from 10-70% in five minutes, 10-97% in nine minutes, while a 20-97% charge takes 12 minutes.
