International retail revenue offset some of the weakness, with higher sales of burger and chicken products in Europe and the UK, and ground beef in Canada. Gross margin was negatively affected by increased materials and manufacturing costs, including expenses from ceasing China operations. Beyond Meat expects third-quarter net revenues of $60 million to $65 million, limiting its outlook to revenue only due to uncertain conditions.
