Trevor Pimlott has been accused of “bordering on vexatious" by repeatedly trying to push Broadland councillors into letting him rent out his swimming pool north of Norwich. In his latest proposals, the 81-year-old says the inclusion of two passing places for cars in Field Road, close to his home, will make it easier for people to get to the swimming pool. He wants to rent the pool out to the public (Image: Facebook)But Mr Pimlott believes his scheme will not create much traffic at all, telling officials the change would be “insignificant”. There has also been a reduction in the number of slots which will be available for swimming sessions at the pool. Peter Bulman, Conservative councillor for Great Witchingham, previously said the bid was “bordering on vexatious” because of how many times Mr Pimlott has faced rejection.
