The Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) announced the 2025 Gold Award winners at its annual Awards of Excellence gala. In its 36th year, the VRCA Awards of Excellence spotlights the exceptional work of the association’s member companies. Each category had up to three Silver Award winners, which were announced in July, and one Gold Award winner. Construction began on the project in fall 2021 and it opened in March 2025.
