A serving NSW Police sergeant has been charged over an alleged domestic violence incident in Sydney’s inner west.
The alleged incident occurred while the 46-year-old sergeant, who is attached to the Central Metropolitan Region, was on duty.

Following inquiries, the sergeant was served with a Court Attendance Notice on Wednesday, August 5, for common assault and using a carriage service to menace, harass or offend.
She is due to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on Friday, September 25.
