Police have arrested two minors after a second explosive device went off at a children’s nursery in Amsterdam West within a week. The first blast at the nursery on Bos en Lommerweg happened at around 4am on Saturday morning. The second went off at roughly the same time on Wednesday morning. They are being held under full restrictions, meaning they may only have contact with their lawyers and their parents. A nursery worker said staff had been badly shaken but that it would stay open as normal.
