FARGO — A Firehouse Subs location will join Duane's House of Pizza in the BLOC complex at 1621 University Drive S.The restaurant will be owned by Joshua Bartsch, who also owns Firehouse Subs locations in Bismarck and Minot, according to EmmaJean Livingston, senior manager of communications for the sandwich brand. A space in the BLOC Apartments and commercial building, as seen on July 31, 2026, at 1621 University Drive S in Fargo, is being converted into a Firehouse Subs restaurant.
