Synergy by SilverDoor is a directly managed portfolio of serviced apartments, designed to deliver hospitality-led extended stays for corporate travellers. Synergy by SilverDoor was created following the merger of SilverDoor and Synergy Global Housing in August 2025, bringing together Synergy Global Housing’s direct-lease expertise and branded portfolio with SilverDoor’s agency infrastructure and technology platform.
