Dipke questioned how middle-class and lower-class families handle these expenses, asking, "From where the families bring the money who do not have that much income." Additionally, he said that rising coaching and college fees were driving families into debt and that the party wished to lessen that financial strain. "College fees and coaching fees are also becoming too high, bringing families into the burden of loans.
