Organised by the parish council, the sessions are open to people of all ages and abilities. They will take place from 10 to 10.45am at the Jubilee Playing Fields on Everside Lane. Known as "Yoga in the Park", these sessions offer a chance for families and friends to connect, enjoy nature, and improve their wellbeing. The council has assured that no prior experience is necessary, and participants only need to bring a mat or towel. A spokesperson for the parish council said: "Everyone is welcome.
