The man, aged 45, was stopped due to the manner of his driving and the condition of his vehicle. He provided a positive roadside drugs test for cannabis and was arrested on suspicion of drug-driving. A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: "Worryingly, there were also children in the vehicle. "The 45-year-old man was later released under investigation whilst we await the result of further tests. "If you drive after taking drugs, expect to be stopped, tested and arrested.
