Las Vegas home prices dipped in July from their record high, with increasingly stable sales and inventory, according to a report released this morning by Las Vegas Realtors. The median price of a single-family home sold in Southern Nevada during July was $480,000, the trade group reported. By the end of July, Las Vegas Realtors reported 7,442 single-family homes listed for sale without an offer, up 4.1% from one year earlier. Las Vegas Realtors reported 2,587 existing local homes, condos and townhomes sold in July. Sales have generally declined since 2021, when a record 50,010 total properties in Southern Nevada sold.
