Carlisle-based Speedy Freight is in the running for the Franchisor of the Year (Established) category at the 2026 British Franchise Association (BFA) Awards, and The Customer Service Award at the 2026 Supply Chain Excellence Awards. "This is something that we're incredibly proud of, and that has also now been recognised by the Supply Chain Excellence Awards." The Supply Chain Excellence Awards recognise organisations that demonstrate excellence in supply chain management. This is the second consecutive year Speedy Freight has been named a finalist in the BFA Awards, after earning a Bronze Award in 2025. The Supply Chain Excellence Awards will take place in London on November 5, and the British Franchise Awards will be held in Telford on November 12.
