A man accused of threatening to blow up a Mississippi medical facility was arrested in Biloxi Wednesday. Biloxi police officers took Desman Mikell into custody near a medical complex on Cedar Lake Road. Mikell was wanted by the Ocean Springs Police Department after allegedly making terroristic threats Monday while leaving a local Memorial Health Clinic following a procedure. Authorities had previously noted that Mikell frequently visits both the Ocean Springs and Hattiesburg areas.
