The Chester branch of Cavendish was recognised for its lettings service, completing a clean sweep of gold wins for the company after its Flintshire and Denbighshire offices claimed similar honours earlier this year. The British Property Awards use a mystery shopping process to assess estate agents against 25 separate criteria.
