North Wales Police say Sadam Ionita, of Chester Road East, Shotton, is also charged with trespass with intent to commit a sexual offence. They say the charges relate to an incident in Shotton on Saturday, August 1. Ionita was remanded into custody to appear before Wrexham Magistrates Court on Tuesday (August 4). He was further remanded into custody to appear before Mold Crown Court on September 4.
