Ellesmere Port man sentenced after breach of sexual harm order

Thomas Loyden, 21, of Station Road, Little Sutton, was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on Wednesday, August 5.
Loyden breached the terms of a SHPO, issued in February 2024, by being in possession of an Occulus VR Headset.
Loyden was sentenced to a 20-month custodial sentence, suspended for two years.
He will also be subject to an alcohol abstinence monitoring period of 120 days and will complete 29 days of rehabilitation activity.
A further SHPO was made prohibiting Loyden from using any device capable of accessing the internet without notifying police within three days of its acquisition.
