Man in court accused of taking Land Rover without owner's permission

Adam Geoffrey Kay, 34, of no fixed address, is accused of three motoring offences after an alleged incident on Tuesday, July 28 on Walmsley Street in Newton-le-Willows.
He is due before Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, August 6.
Kay is charged with taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving without a licence, and driving without insurance.
According to the charges, Kay is accused of taking the vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving the vehicle without a licence and without valid third-party insurance.
All offences are alleged to have taken place on the same date at the same location in Newton-le-Willows.
