Adam Geoffrey Kay, 34, of no fixed address, is accused of three motoring offences after an alleged incident on Tuesday, July 28 on Walmsley Street in Newton-le-Willows. He is due before Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, August 6. Kay is charged with taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving without a licence, and driving without insurance. According to the charges, Kay is accused of taking the vehicle without the owner’s consent, driving the vehicle without a licence and without valid third-party insurance. All offences are alleged to have taken place on the same date at the same location in Newton-le-Willows.
