Listed food manufacturer Monde Nissin Corporation said on Thursday that it will gradually reformulate its product offerings to boost its nutritional benefits as more Filipinos seek healthier food options. “Reformulation takes time; it’s a slow process,” Monde Nissin Corp. The company also plans to utilize new innovations to improve its food production processes and create healthier products. “The country is not only facing undernutrition and stunting, but there’s also overnutrition and micronutrient deficiencies,” Mr. Carpio said. “The commitment is, by 2030, we are able to grow our revenue share of better and healthier products,” Mr. Carpio said.
