Hunter08/06/26An area man who was placed on probation for an Extortion conviction in November 2025 has allegedly committed additional crimes. On the 29th of the same month, he allegedly took additional aggressive actions against the victim, pursuing and confronting her while screaming and yelling. He also reportedly made a motion like he was going to slam the victim’s car door on her leg. Garvin was back in Johnson County on June 19th and allegedly parked a vehicle next to the victim’s vehicle, knelt near the driver’s side of the vehicle and slashed both tires before fleeing the area. Garvin was arrested and taken to the Johnson County Jail on Tuesday.
