Workers aged 18-24 find free coffee in the office more enticing than a pint with colleagues, a new study has revealed. Almost one in five Gen Z employees (19%) said that coffee breaks with colleagues were the most attractive perk when working in a physical office, as long as it’s free. That’s almost four times more than the number of Gen Z (5%) who say post-work drinks are a top perk.
