Alibaba.com has introduced a new feature for Accio Work that is set to remove much of the manual work out of sourcing products overseas. The Accio Sourcing Toolkit is a plugin for the Accio Work platform and relies on AI skills trained specifically for sourcing work and data drawn from real trading activity to automate some of the most time-consuming tasks associated with overseas procurement. It requires no code or setup and automates complex tasks such as sourcing, supplier research, procurement and marketing that would otherwise consume hours of manual effort. This addresses one of the biggest challenges in global sourcing: unnecessary delays caused by time zone gaps and slow response times. The Accio Sourcing Toolkit enables users to seamlessly find a product, communicate with suppliers and then pay for an order – all from one central platform.
