BEMIDJI — Bemidji Public Library will host a local author meet-and-greet at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 12, at 509 America Ave. NW.
"Celebrate the vibrant literary talent of northern Minnesota by meeting six or more local authors in one place," a release said.
"Visit with authors, learn about their writing journeys, explore a variety of books and discover your next favorite read."
ADVERTISEMENTAuthors will have their books available for purchase and signing, giving attendees the opportunity to take home personally signed copies and chat one-on-one with the writers.
"Whether you're an avid reader, an aspiring author, or simply looking for a fun community event, this free evening offers something for everyone," the release said.
