Thomas Loyden, 21, of Station Road, Little Sutton, was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on Wednesday, August 5. Loyden breached the terms of a SHPO, issued in February 2024, by being in possession of an Occulus VR Headset. Loyden was sentenced to a 20-month custodial sentence, suspended for two years. He will also be subject to an alcohol abstinence monitoring period of 120 days and will complete 29 days of rehabilitation activity. A further SHPO was made prohibiting Loyden from using any device capable of accessing the internet without notifying police within three days of its acquisition.
