Wiltshire Council has granted reserved matters approval for a 25-home scheme in the village of Whiteparish, located south of the A27.
"We are particularly pleased to be delivering affordable homes and First Homes, which will allow couples and families to remain in the village, alongside a range of open market properties.
"We are also grateful to secure another planning consent via delegated powers, highlighting the quality of the submission and our positive discussions with Wiltshire Council throughout the planning process.
A mix of one- to five-bedroom homes will be built, including First Homes and affordable properties in partnership with VIVID, Hampshire’s largest and not-for-profit provider of affordable homes.
The village of Whiteparish, located between Salisbury and Romsey, won the title of ‘Best Kept Village in Wiltshire’ in 2022.
